SHIPPING HOURS:Our warehouse processes all orders Mon-Fri til 12pm EST. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend + holidays. Orders are typically processed 1-2 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) must be placed by 12pm EST to ship out same day. If received after 12pm EST, it will ship out the following business day (weekends not included). Weekends not included and/or guaranteed as delivery days.
We are not responsible for delayed once in the possession of the shipping carrier. We can not guarantee any delivery dates as there my be unexpected delays weather, unforeseen circumstances or any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing.
We want you to absolutely love your OHM purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of having received your order.
While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items).
