We hope you love your goodies! But if something doesn’t fit right, here's what you can do! (ALL returns & exchanges must be returned within 14 days of ordered being delivered).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please fill out the Returns form on the back of your receipt that arrived with your order.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). Mail package back to:

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credits when received within a 14 day return period.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at ohmboutique.com. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot put items on hold for use with store credit. Item must be purchased online w/ store credit code and regular shipping fees apply.

- All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance.

We have an Exchange Only policy for swimsuits that have the original sanitary stickers in place and original hang tags and packaging. You can only exchange for a different size in the swimsuit that was originally ordered. Please make sure to email email@example.com to pre-approve the return - we will gladly send you return instructions. No refunds.
